Gobbledygook is based in California. I live in a built out truck camper with my red Australian cattle dog, Sōsuke (so-skAYe). I rescued him a few years ago. My barky boy is a happy menace.

I have been making art for as long as I can remember, but have always been very intimidated about selling what I created. I got injured, did a lot of reflection and decided I needed to try something new for myself. I needed a change.

I chose Gobbledygook as my artist name because I like the anonymity and it is a fun word to say. The definition is: language, speech, or writing that is meaningless, overly technical, pompous, or unnecessarily complicated; essentially nonsense. I'm a pretty blunt person and like when my artwork forces one to confront the inevitable, like death. I also lean towards adding words or phrases that call to me to really bring my creations to life.

​My art mediums typically are ink and gouache, but I have wanted to get more into tattooing, woodworking, ceramics, and lino-cut. My style of art is detailed, street art like, and flaunts it's flaws.
